This prestigious ceremony will honor individuals whose work has driven meaningful environmental progress and elevated the conversation around sustainability.
Our mission is to bring these climate change warriors into the spotlight, highlighting their invaluable efforts and establishing them as influential role models for others to follow. By recognizing their achievements, we aim to inspire collective action toward a more sustainable future.
Honorees for 2025
We are thrilled to recognize two distinguished climate change warriors:

Acclaimed climate scientist and advocate, Dr. Hayhoe is known for advancing climate science and promoting action. She is a professor at Texas Tech University and a prominent speaker on climate change.

Professor of Plant Ecology & Conservation at TTU and founder of the Sharma Laboratory, known for research on plant-soil interactions and conserving rare species and ecosystems impacted by climate change.
